The beverage also comprises fruit wine yeast, acetic acid bacteria and lactic acid bacteria. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing the hawthorn, the orange peel, the Chinese yam and the liquorice, adding water, juicing, filtering, adding the dark plum juice, and mixing; (3) performing high-pressure instantaneous sterilization; (4) performing fruit wine yeast aerial fog state fermentation; (5) carrying out aerial fog state fermentation on acetic bacteria; (6) carrying out aerosol fermentation on lactic acid bacteria; and (7) filtering, carrying out ultrahigh-temperature instantaneous sterilization and filling.
