Zusammenfassung:Provided is a cosmetic wherein agglomeration during dispersion of a coloring pigment is suppressed, pigment irregularity in the bulk cosmetic and a coating film of the cosmetic is suppressed, and superior coloring pigment uniformity is demonstrated.
