The method specifically comprises the steps that in an Internet of Things block chain network, first equipment initiates an access request to second equipment; the second equipment verifies an identity of the first equipment; if identity verification succeeds, interaction information corresponding to operation authority of the second equipment is generated and returned to the first equipment; the first equipment and the second equipment trigger corresponding transaction events through the interaction information, and encrypt data given by the first equipment and the second equipment by using own public keys by adopting a multi-key homomorphic encryption method; all transactions are carried out based on ciphertexts, and after the transactions are completed, a private key of the first equipment and the private key of the second equipment carry out joint decryption on transaction result informat
