The method comprises the following steps: acquiring m pieces of first data; selecting first data obtained on the jth line, calculating a characteristic index value R of the line before and after grounding in three criterion methods, and obtaining a grounding fault probability on the line based on an improved entropy weight method; acquiring m pieces of second data; selecting second data, judging whether the second data accords with an automatic verification rule and logic or not, and if yes, obtaining b grounding fault probabilities on the b lines; and sending a first instruction to the to-be-detected circuit, and sequentially executing the first instruction operation on the b lines to obtain a line with a grounding fault on the to-be-detected circuit.
