The invention discloses a sleeving turnover machine for LNG bottle assembling. The sleeving turnover machine comprises a base table, a turnover table and a turnover driving mechanism, wherein the turnover table and the turnover driving mechanism are arranged on the base table. The turnover driving mechanism is used for driving the turnover table to do turnover motion on the base table. The turnover table is provided with a conveying mechanism used for containing a horizontal LNG bottle outer barrel.
