The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing ingredients: firstly preparing raw materials including 60-70% by weight of activated carbon, 30-45% by weight of silicate, 5-17% by weight of negative ion powder and 2-7% by weight of nano TiO2 powder, and uniformly mixing the activated carbon of 400 meshes or more, the silicate of 300 meshes or more, the negative ion powder and the nano TiO2 powder according to the proportion to form a mixture; 2, ball-milling and pulping: putting the mixture mixed in the step 1 into a ball mill for ball-milling processing, adding clear water at the same time, and keeping for 25-50 hours to prepare slurry; and 3, press filtering: sufficiently stirring the slurry subjected to ball-milling in the step 2, feeding the slurry into a filter press by using a delivery pump, and carrying out filter pressing and squeezing until the slurry is dry.
