Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a tree pit water control system and a use method. The system comprises a blind pipe arranged in a tree pit and a water control device, the water control device comprises a water inlet pipe and a water drainage pipe, a bottom opening of the blind pipe is covered with a filtering layer, one end of the water inlet pipe and one end of the water drainage pipe are communicated to form a V-shaped structure, and the included angle between the water inlet pipe and the water drainage pipe is variable. The other end of the water inlet pipe extends into the blind pipe from the top of the blind pipe, one end of the water inlet pipe is fixed to an opening in the top of the blind pipe through a fixing structure, the control module comprises a water pumping motor and a power supply part, and the water level monitoring module comprises a floating ball switch and an alarm device. The floating ball switch is arranged near the other end of the water inlet pipe, the water inlet pipe comprises a water level
