A vibration positioning and analyzing method based on video comprises the following steps: performing video acquisition on an observation target, decomposing a video image according to frames, converting the decomposed video image into a frequency domain, and performing spectral analysis on the frequency domain image to position an initial vibration area; then performing multi-direction frequency filtering on time domain signals superposed in different frames of a frequency domain image, comparing the vibration intensity of the signals, and determining a vibration direction; filtering the initial vibration area of the frequency domain image according to the vibration direction, and comparing the amplitude intensity of the filtered frequency domain and the amplitude intensity of the filtered space domain to obtain an accurate vibration area; and performing power spectrum analysis on the time domain through phase values of points in the accurate vibration region on the frequency domain image in the accurate vib
