Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a microscopic light current testing device. The microscopic light current testing device comprises an incident light source, a spectrograph, a light beam switching device and a microscope objective. The incident light source is connected with the incident end of the spectrograph, and the emergent end of the spectrograph is connected with the incident end of the light beam switching device through the optical fiber assembly; and a light reflecting device is arranged on the light beam switching device, so that the light emitted by the optical fiber assembly is vertically emitted into the microscope objective. According to the invention, the technical problem that the absolute spectral response test of the full spectrum of a small object cannot be realized is solved. 本发明为一种显微光电流测试装置,该显微光电流测试装置包括入射光源、光谱仪、光束切换装置和显微物镜,入射光源与光谱仪的入射端连接,光谱仪的出射端通过光纤组件与光束切换装置的入射端连接,光束切换装置上设置有光线反射装置,以将光纤组件发射的光线垂直地射入至显微物镜中。本发明解决了微小物品无法实现全光谱的绝对光谱响应测试的技术问题。
