A head water jacket 20 includes a water passage 29 between exhaust port walls in between a first exhaust inlet port wall 3d and a second exhaust inlet port wall 3e. A cylinder head 6 includes a coolant jet passage 27 provided at a bottom wall 6c of the cylinder head 6. The coolant jet passage 27 includes: a passage inlet 27a which is offset to a side of an exhaust end 6a and located close to the exhaust end 6a; and a passage outlet 27b oriented to the water passage 29 between the exhaust port walls. An exhaust port wall 3c includes a heat radiation fin 28 which is led out from the first exhaust inlet port wall 3d to the exhaust end 6a side.
