Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a molecular marker development method for late bolting character of leaf mustard, a molecular marker and application, and relates to the technical field of molecular marker development. The invention provides application of SSR molecular marker primers in identification of late bolting character related genes of leaf mustard and provides a development method of related molecular markers. The specific molecular marker primers for identifying late bolting of leaf mustard are developed according to a positioning result, and the difference of polymorphic expression of bolting of leaf mustard on marker sites is detected.
