Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to small interfering RNA aiming at a CIDEa gene and application of the small interfering RNA in regulation and control of milk fat metabolism of mammary epithelial cells of a milk goat. SiRNA aiming at the CIDEa gene is designed and synthesized, the small interfering RNA is transfected to the mammary epithelial cells of the milk goat cultured in vitro, expression of the CIDEa gene is effectively inhibited, meanwhile, accumulation of lipid droplets in the cells is inhibited, the content of triglyceride in the cells is reduced, but the content of free fatty acid in the cells is increased; the small interfering RNA remarkably increases expression of fatty acid synthase of a fatty acid de novo synthetic gene and hormone sensitive lipase of a lipolysis gene, and meanwhile, expression of a transcription factor sterol regulatory element binding protein 1 is promoted.
