Zusammenfassung: | The invention particularly relates to a fusion polypeptide and application thereof in preparation of a medicine for treating Alzheimer's disease; according to the fusion polypeptide in the invention, under the action of HIV-TAT, phosphorylated fusion polypeptide is brought into cells; then the fusion polypeptide competes with APP protein for Vav2; the positive regulation effect of the Vav2 on APP protein expression is reduced; generation of C99, C83 and A beta 40 in the cells is reduced; and beta amyloid plaque formation is inhibited. The fusion polypeptide disclosed by the invention is used as a competitive inhibitor aiming at Vav2 regulation and control of APP protein expression; the APP protein level in the cells can be reduced; therefore, generation of C99, C83 and A beta 40 in the cells is reduced; and beta amyloid plaque formation is inhibited.
