The invention provides a process and equipment for recovering alkali liquor containing aluminum and heavy metals. The process is used for recovering waste alkali liquor generated in a chemical milling treatment process of an aluminum alloy. The process comprises the following steps: removing impurities; removing aluminum; and disassembling a bipolar membrane to obtain an acid solution and an alkali solution.
