Liquid dressing for external wound care and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of medical liquid dressings, and particularly relates to a liquid dressing for external wound care and a preparation method thereof. The liquid dressing disclosed by the invention comprises moxifloxacin hydrochloride, dencichine, chloretone, alginate, hyaluronic acid and derivatives thereof, a humectant, a film-forming agent, a pH regulator, purified water and the like. According to the invention, after the liquid dressing is sprayed, a transparent dressing film, which is high in fitting performance with the surface of a wound, excellent in air permeability, elastic and soft, can be rapidly formed; a wet healing environment is maintained; pathogenic microorganisms can be efficiently killed; inflammatory reaction can be inhibited; bleeding and pain can be rapidly stopped; furthermore, wound repairing and tissue regeneration can be promoted; protruding scars caused by abnormal hyperplasia of wound tissues are avoided; and the liquid dressing has an extremely beneficial effect
