The automatic ultrasonic detection method comprises the steps: learning the operation technique of a doctor for ultrasonic detection, and obtaining the data of the operation technique; and transmitting the operation technique data to ultrasonic acquisition equipment to enable the ultrasonic acquisition equipment to imitate the operation technique of a doctor so as to obtain ultrasonic detection data of a patient. According to the automatic ultrasonic detection method and system, the operation technique of the doctor for ultrasonic detection is converted into operation technique data which can be recognized by a machine, so that the ultrasonic acquisition equipment can simulate the operation technique of the doctor to carry out ultrasonic detection on the patient.
