Embedded oven

The invention relates to an embedded oven. The embedded oven comprises an inner container, wherein an air heater is installed on the back of the inner container, and a lower heating pipe is installed on the outer bottom face of the inner container. The embedded oven further comprises a cooling fan, a rotating shaft and a transmission mechanism which are installed at the bottom of the inner container, wherein the rotating shaft is arranged at the bottom of the inner container in a front-back direction, the cooling fan is installed at the front end of the rotating shaft, a first clutch part is mounted at the rear end of the rotating shaft, and the transmission mechanism comprises a second clutch part which can be in clutch action with the first clutch part. When the lower heating pipe is in a non-working state, a gap is reserved between the first clutch part and the second clutch part, and the cooling fan does not rotate; and when the air heater and the lower heating pipe are in a working state at the same time
