According to the invention, discontinuous signals on time can be recovered to continuous signals with continuous phases on time. On the basis, a microwave switch is used for replacing a modulation and sum circuit module in a traditional single-channel single-pulse technology, sum and difference signals are alternately gated in a time-sharing mode by controlling the microwave switch, and the sum and difference signals are converted into digital signals after being amplified, down-converted and filtered.
