Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a control device and method for a motor driving system and a motor, and the device comprises a control unit which is configured to control a switch unit before the motor is started so as to enable a first capacitor unit and a second capacitor unit to be in a parallel connection state. The control unit is further configured to determine the bus voltage value of a controller of the motor according to the input voltage of the controller of the motor under the condition that the motor needs to be started, determine the target voltage of the motor according to the target rotating speed of the motor, and control the switch unit and an PFC unit according to the relationship between the bus voltage value of the controller of the motor and the target voltage of the motor so as to adjust the bus voltage value of the controller of the motor.
