The high-voltage switchgear comprises a rack, as well as a direct-current permanent magnetic control mechanism, an insulating pull rod and a vacuum circuit breaker which are arranged on the rack; the direct-current permanent magnetic control mechanism is connected with the insulating pull rod, and the insulating pull rod is connected with the vacuum circuit breaker; the direct-current permanent magnet control mechanism and the insulating pull rod as well as the insulating pull rod and the vacuum circuit breaker are both of a direct-connection structure; the insulating pull rod is driven by the direct-current permanent magnet control mechanism, so that the vacuum circuit breaker is closed or opened.
