The system comprises an information acquisition module, a building information model management and control platform and a visualization module, the information acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time space information of a prefabricated part and sending the real-time space information to the building information model management and control platform in the hoisting process of the prefabricated part; the building information model management and control platform is used for constructing a hoisting process 4D real-time model of the prefabricated part according to the real-time space information of the prefabricated part and sending the hoisting process 4D real-time model to the visualization module; and the visualization module is used for displaying a hoisting process 4D real-time model of the prefabricated part.
