Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an adulterated mutton qualitative detection method based on visual imaging in a time sequence temperature change process, which is characterized in that adulterated mutton is taken as a research object, CCD (Charge Coupled Device) images of different adulterated mutton samples in the time sequence temperature change process are obtained by utilizing a CCD camera, regions of interest of the CCD images are extracted, and then mutton adulteration detection is carried out by utilizing a qualitative detection model. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a qualitative detection model for adulterated mutton samples doped with different meats, and then carrying out qualitative detection on the adulterated mutton by utilizing the model.
