The motor and the bearing seat are fixed on the upper supporting plate, and an insulating spacer is arranged between the bearing seat and the upper supporting plate; one end of the first main shaft is connected with an output shaft of the motor, and an experimental bearing is mounted on the first main shaft and is mounted in a bearing seat; the upper supporting plate is supported on the lower supporting plate through the three air springs, and the connecting lines of the centers of the three air springs form a triangle; and the three air springs are respectively connected with an air compressor.
