Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a temperature control method and system for improving the image heterogeneity of an infrared detector. The temperature control method comprises the steps that 1, the substrate temperature of the infrared detector is read; 2, the substrate temperature is converted into a corresponding voltage so as to form a substrate temperature voltage, and the substrate temperature voltage and the reference voltage obtained through calculation are fed into a differential amplifier; 3, the differential amplifier sends the amplified difference value signal to a PID temperature compensation circuit; 4, the PID temperature compensation circuit outputs a control signal to the H-bridge driver, the H-bridge driver outputs current to the TEC thermoelectric refrigerating unit by changing the on-off state of the MOS tube, and therefore the purpose of temperature control is achieved.
