The gearbox gear shifting hydraulic system comprises a first gear shifting oil cylinder, a second gear shifting oil cylinder, a motor, a gear detection device and a gear shifting valve, wherein a first oil outlet of the gear shifting valve is connected with an oil inlet of the first gear shifting oil cylinder, a second oil outlet of the gear shifting valve is connected with an oil inlet of the second gear shifting oil cylinder, the gear detection device is used for detecting whether gear shifting is in place or not, an oil inlet of the motor is connected with the first oil outlet and the second oil outlet, an oil return opening of the first gear shifting oil cylinder and an oil return opening of the second gear shifting oil cylinder are connected with an oil return opening of the gear shifting valve, and the output end of the motor is connected with a shifting gear of a gearbox and used for pushing the shifting gear to rotate to a meshing state
