The invention relates to a construction method of a water well penetrating through an underground cave. The construction method comprises the following steps that A, an upper vertical hole section communicating with a to-be-filled area of the cave is dug from the ground; B, a limiting fence is installed in a guiding cave through the upper vertical hole section; C, filling materials are thrown into a space defined by the limiting fences through the upper vertical holes till the filling materials are connected with the top wall of the cave to form artificial surrounding rock; and D, a lower vertical hole section is dug below the upper vertical hole section, the water well is formed by the lower vertical hole section and the upper vertical hole section, and the lower vertical hole section penetrates through the artificial surrounding rock so that the artificial surrounding rock can form a leakage-proof blocking ring for separating the inner space of the water well and the cave.
