The telescopic and rotatable supporting platform comprises a telescopic sliding frame assembly, supporting frames, a rotating mechanism and a connecting base; one end of the connecting base is hinged to a monorail crane lifting mechanism or a four-bar mechanism, and the other end of the connecting base is connected with the rotating mechanism; the rotating mechanism is connected with the telescopic sliding frame assembly and can make the telescopic sliding frame assembly rotate in the vertical plane; the two supporting frames are symmetrically arranged on the telescopic sliding frame assembly; the distance or the stretching length of the two supporting frames can be adjusted through the telescopic sliding frame assembly. The supporting platform can be hinged to the front portion of a main platform of a suspension rail device or a heading machine or a drilling machine or other roadway heading devices, and using and installing are convenien
