The externally-wrapped lower chord and propeller strut rib plate fabricated double-T plate comprises a wing plate, a propeller strut rib plate and an externally-wrapped lower chord, wherein the propeller strut rib plate is arranged above the externally-wrapped lower chord, the tail end of a propeller strut is arranged in a chord body of the externally-wrapped lower chord and is connected with the lower chord, the wing plate is flatly laid above the propeller strut rib plate and is connected with the propeller strut rib plate, and the propeller strut rib plate comprises at least two prefabricated propeller struts and is assembled by taking a single propeller strut as a basic unit. According to the structure of the externally-wrapped lower chord and propeller strut rib plate fabricated double-T plate, split prefabrication and field assembly are adopted, the transportation and storage yard storage
