According to the gene editing system, and the sgRNA pair provided by the invention, endonuclease can be guided by a sgRNA pair to respectively target two target sites of the pAPN exon 16, and cutting editing is carried out, so that 69bp are deleted from the pAPN exon 16, and meanwhile, other amino acids of the pAPN gene are normally expressed. After pAPN gene editing, cells can effectively resist TGEV infection, other protein physiological activity functions are not affected, and the gene editing system has the advantages of being wide in application range, high in gene editing efficiency and the like.
