According to the invention, acrylic resin is used as a substrate material, and modified hollow glass beads are added into the product. The hollow glass is used as a thermal insulation material in the radiation-resistant thermal insulation coating, and spinel type manganese dioxide and nano nickel oxide are added into the hollow glass; after the spinel type manganese dioxide absorbs heat, lattices and bond groups continuously collide with each other through energy of vibration and rotation among molecules, and the absorbed heat is re-emitted back to the environment in a heat radiation form; after nickel ions enter crystal lattices, nickel ion impurity energy levels with positive charges are introduced into band gaps of the crystal lattices, and the infrared radiation capacity of the radiation heat preservation coating is greatly enhanced; and then the acrylic resin is modified, so that the prepared modifi |
