The invention relates to a circuit breaker transfer trolley. The trolley comprises: a base; a walking assembly, which is arranged on the bottom surface of the base; a lifting assembly, which is arranged above the base; a circuit breaker bearing platform, which is arranged at one end, far away from the base, of the lifting assembly; at least one pair of circuit breaker bearing slide rails; and an adjusting assembly. According to the above scheme, the walking assembly drives the base to move, so the whole trolley can be driven to move, and great convenience is brought to transfer of the whole trolley; the circuit breaker bearing platform is driven by the lifting assembly to move up and down, so a circuit breaker on the circuit breaker bearing platform can be conveniently rotated to positions with different heights, the transfer is convenient, and the whole operation is simple; and a distance between the pair of circuit breaker bearing sliding rails is adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so circuit breakers
