Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a device capable of conducting screw fastening without power cut. The device comprises a telescopic steering device and a fastening device, wherein the top end of the telescopic steering device is rotationally connected with the fastening device, the telescopic steering device is used for driving the fastening device to move and steer, the fastening device is used for fastening a screw, and the outer surface of the telescopic steering device and the outer surface of the fastening device are both sleeved with insulating skins.
