The production process comprises the following steps of S1, bus selection; S2, first-stage rolling; S3, second-stage rolling; S4, third-stage rolling; S5, fourth-stage rolling; S6, cleaning and drying; and S7, winding and packaging, wherein a bus is processed through the steps S1-S5 and cleaned and dried in the step S6 to obtain a finished product of the stainless steel flat wire, and the finished product is wound through a winding set.
