Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a biodegradable first-aid deformation memory porous hydrogel hemostatic material and a preparation method thereof. Nano clay with hemostatic performance is introduced into a gelatin macromolecular chain, and rapid hemostatic porous hydrogel with deformation memory is constructed based on an ice crystal template method. By utilizing the deformation memory performance of the porous hydrogel, the effect of concentrating blood coagulation factors can be achieved by rapidly absorbing liquid at a bleeding part; and meanwhile, a communicated macroporous structure is beneficial to adsorbing blood cells and promoting the formation of blood clots, so that the aim of rapidly stopping bleeding is finally achieved. 本发明的涉及一种可生物降解的急救用形变记忆多孔水凝胶止血材料及其制备方法。通过将具有止血性能的纳米粘土引入明胶大分子链中,基于冰晶模板法构建具有形变记忆的快速止血多孔水凝胶。利用多孔水凝胶的形变记忆性能可在出血部位通过快速吸收液体以达到浓缩凝血因子的效果;同时连通的大孔结构有利于吸附血细胞,促进血液凝块的形成,最终达到快速止血的目的。
