Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a solid-state battery that has a solid-state battery stack having, along the stacking direction, at least one battery structural unit comprising a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer. Said solid-state battery further has an external terminal of a positive electrode terminal and a negative electrode terminal that are respectively provided on the side surfaces of the solid-state battery stack. In the plan view of the solid-state battery, at least one of the electrode layers of the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer describes a tapered shape decreasing in dimension towards the side surface, of the side surfaces, for which the electrode layer contacts the external terminal.
