The optical axis adjusting device comprises a lens; a first test target surface; a second test target surface; a circuit board is used for collecting the imaging information and comparing the imaging information with preset imaging information to generate a comparison result; and a multi-axis adjusting part is used for adjusting the relative position of the lens and the circuit board according to the comparison result.
