Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of battery protection, and particularly relates to a charger detection circuit. A deep N-well NMOS tube NM0 and a second resistor R2 are added between a VM end of a charger and a charging detection circuit, a source electrode of the deep N-well NMOS tube NM0 is connected with the VM end through a first resistor R1, and the second resistor R2 is connected between a substrate of the deep N-well NMOS tube NM0 and the VM end. A deep N-well NMOS tube and two current-limiting resistors are additionally arranged between the VM end of the charger and the charging detection circuit, the grid voltage of the detection circuit is reduced when the charger is abnormal by utilizing the structural characteristics of the deep N-well NMOS and the conduction characteristics of PN junctions, the protection function is added, grid breakdown is prevented, and meanwhile, when the state is a working state and a dormant state, and the charger is not connected, power consumption is avoided. |
