The method comprises the following steps: firstly, for multi-level structured process data based on dynamic features, extracting mapping modes between different process situations and cutting layers implied in the process data by adopting a deep learning method ; secondly, predicting the cutting layers of sub-processing areas according to the extracted mapping modes, and judging combined ability between the sub-processing areas through adaptive adjustment of the cutting layers of the sub-processing areas; and finally, calculating optimized processing paths for the different sub-processing areas with the same cutting layers by adopting a genetic algorithm, thereby constructing process situation combination relations capable of reflecting process design intentions among the sub-processing areas, and realizing identification of the dynamic features.
