Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of an elisa plate for paper enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, which comprises the following steps: preparing a paper microwell plate, forming a plurality of hydrophobic regions on the surface of the paper microwell plate, and enabling each hydrophobic region to surround a hydrophilic region; immersing the prepared paper microwell plate into a sodium periodate solution, taking out the paper microwell plate, and dropwise adding a chitosan solution into each hydrophilic region on the paper microwell plate to form a sodium periodate-chitosan modified layer; and dropwise adding a coated antibody solution into each hydrophilic region, and dropwise adding a bovine serum albumin solution into each hydrophilic region to form a closed layer, thereby obtaining the ELISA plate.
