Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an energy-saving door and window. The energy-saving door and window comprises a window frame, glass is fixedly installed in the window frame, a cleaning mechanism is slidably installed on one side of the glass, a water supply device is fixedly installed on the window frame, when the cleaning mechanism moves to make contact with the water outlet end of the water supply device, the cleaning mechanism opens the water outlet end of the water supply device through pressure to convey water into the cleaning mechanism, and when the cleaning mechanism moves to be separated from the water outlet end of the water supply device, the output end of the water supply device stops conveying water. Water can be added into the cleaning mechanism through the water supply mechanism, during adding, only the cleaning mechanism needs to be moved to make contact with the water outlet end of the water supply device, at the moment, the cleaning mechanism opens the water outlet end of the water supply device thr
