Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a metal part surface composite strengthening process based on rare earth catalytic permeation. The metal part surface composite strengthening process comprises the following steps that (1) the surface of a part is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning; (2) dry shot blasting is conducted, and local shot blasting treatment is conducted on the to-be-treated surface of the part; (3) whether the residual stress and the roughness degree of the surface of the part meet the requirements or not is monitored; if the requirement is met, shot blasting processing is conducted again; (4) the surface of the part is blown by using a blowing device, and participating shots are blown to be clean; (5) the part is heated, the heating time is adjusted according to the required coating thickness, the heating temperature ranges from 65 DEG C to 75 DEG C, and the temperature is kept constant till the internal temperature and the external temperature of the part are consistent; and (6) the treated part is placed in
