Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an electrochemical method for detecting mecA genes of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a high-sensitivity and high-selectivity mecA gene electrochemical biosensor by adopting a double-labeling and isothermal circulating strand displacement polymerization reaction (ISDPR) amplification technology: gradually modifying nanogold, a hairpin DNA of a 5'-modified Fc and 6-mercapto-1-ethanol (MCH) on a gold electrode, performing incubating in a mixed solution containing mecA genes with different concentrations, 3'-modified MB primers, polymerase and the like; taking the modified gold electrode as a three-electrode system of a working electrode; adopting a trial and error pulse voltammetry method to obtain a standard curve in which the characteristic response current values of Fc and MB and the logarithm of mecA gene concentration have a good linear relationship. The method is simple and convenient to operate, low in detection cost |
