Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a TPU material with high wear resistance and low internal heat generation and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers. The TPU material with high wear resistance and low internal heat generation is prepared from the following raw materials: polyester polyol, hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, diisocyanate and modified nano Al2O3, wherein the number average molecular weight of the polyester polyol is 1500 to 3500; and the number-average molecular weight of the hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene is 1500 to 3500. The TPU material with high wear resistance and low internal heat generation provided by the invention has excellent wear resistance and relatively low internal heat generation performance.
