According to the preparation method provided by the invention, a polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether methacrylic acid maleic anhydride macromonomer is synthesized through esterification, and then is polymerized with acrylic acid, dihydrogenated tallow dimethyl ammonium chloride and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride to obtain the concrete performance regulator.
