A packed tower is adopted as a deacidification tower, methanol is adopted as a deacidification agent, and a fractional condenser is additionally arranged behind the deacidification tower, so that the deacidification tower becomes a multi-stage separator, the deacidification efficiency is improved, the water content in the treated synthesis gas is greatly reduced, fresh water supplementation and subsequent alkali washing equipment and dehydration drying equipment in a traditional deacidification process are not needed, the occupied area of the equipment is reduced, the consumption of concentrated sulfuric acid during subsequent dimethyl ether removal is reduced, and the dilute acid amount of tower bottom discharge is also reduced.
