The forming die of the first automobile rear floor cross beam is used for forming a blanking piece of the automobile rear floor cross beam into a primary forming piece and comprises an upper die and a lower die which correspond to each other, and the upper die can move downwards to approach and press the lower die; the upper die comprises an upper die frame, an upper die pressing core and an upper die insert; the lower die comprises a lower die frame, a lower die pressing core and a lower die insert; the upper die pressing core and the lower die pressing core can press out a top surface rib of a preliminarily formed part, and the upper die insert and the lower die pressing core can press out the side wall shape of the preliminarily formed part. The upper die pressing core and the lower die insert press a flanging of the preliminarily formed part. By adopting the structure, the first automobile rear floor cr
