The system comprises an SCR partition measurement system and an SCR multi-partition mixed predictive control system. The SCR partition measurement system comprises an SCR inlet flue, an SCR injection device, an SCR reactor and an SCR outlet flue which are connected in sequence; a flow measuring instrument and a temperature measuring instrument are arranged in the SCR inlet flue, and a NOx measuring instrument is arranged in the SCR outlet flue; the SCR multi-partition hybrid prediction control system comprises a multi-partition hybrid prediction model and a multi-partition control strategy module, wherein the multi-partition hybrid prediction model is used for predicting the NOx concentration of each partition; the NOx concentration, measured in real time, of each partition is used for correcting the prediction model; and the multi-partition control strategy module is us |
