METHOD FOR HEATING UP HEARTH OF BLAST FURNACE, AND BURNER LANCE USED FOR SAME

Proposed are a method for heating up the hearth of a blast furnace, and a burner lance used for same, wherein at the start of blowing down of a blast furnace, damage to the burner lance during heating up with the burner lance provided at a tap-hole is avoided, and the heat and the operating rate of the furnace can be recovered in an early stage.
