The invention provides a push switch capable of shortening the stroke amount of a push operation without reducing the size of a metal contact. The push switch includes a case, which has a housing space with an upper opening; fixed contacts, which are provided at a bottom of the housing space in the case; a movable contact member, which is arranged in the housing space, and has a dome-shape, wherein a central portion of the movable contact member is brought into contact with the fixed contacts by inverting the movable contact member by above pressing force; and a pushing member, which is disposed above the movable contact member, and is configured to push the movable contact member directly or through other parts upon being pushed by an operator.
