The method comprises the following steps: collecting a voltage signal output by an electrode array through an analog-to-digital conversion module and a voltage signal collector, and judging whether the frequency of a current signal output by an excitation current source is higher than a preset frequency; if the frequency of the current signal is higher than the preset frequency, extracting at least one voltage value in each period of the voltage signal, wherein the phases of the voltage values are different from each other; and carrying out signal integration on the extracted voltage value to obtain the voltage sampling signal of the complete period.
